LGBT Foundation is a vibrant charity with a wide portfolio of well-established and respected services and rapidly developing new initiatives aimed at meeting the needs of lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans people.  Our services are shaped to be person centred and provide wraparound support to the individual. We believe in a fair and equal society where all lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans people can achieve their full potential.

You will be employed to work solely on the Motiv8 project. The post is funded through the Building Better Opportunities programme by the European Social Fund and BIG Lottery Fund.  

Role Summary
LGBT Foundation are excited to have partnered with Motiv8 to offer a range of services and support for LGBT people aged 25 and over who are looking at their employment options.

Motiv8 aims to improve the lives of the most vulnerable people including those who may be homeless, long-term unemployed, living with disabilities and health conditions, or drug and alcohol dependent. It aims to tackle the barriers that prevent people from accessing support with more opportunities for education and training, improved health and wellbeing services, better financial help and new programmes to build people’s confidence.

  • We're looking to recruit a Motiv8 Link Worker to help identify potential service users and work closely with Motiv8 Key Workers to process applications and ensure data is accurately logged on our systems. You'll also work with the Sexual Health Implementation Co-ordinator to process finances and data for monthly reports to our funders.
