Salary: £21,067 per annum (£16,853 actual per annum)

Location: Trafford Borough – The post holder will work from our central office and from various outreach centres within Trafford.
Contract term: Currently fixed term until 31st March 2017
Life is complicated, and sometimes people need a bit of extra practical support. By giving advice and information, we support people to solve problems and find a way forward. We do this through the internet, over the telephone, via webcam and face-to-face. The majority of our work is delivered by volunteers, supervised by paid staff who invest their time ensuring that high quality advice is given and that volunteers are supported and motivated. This role forms part of a team managing and supervising the delivery of advice across the borough.
In this post you will support a team of volunteers delivering advice through a variety of channels. This includes ensuring the volunteers are trained for their roles, are supported in their advice giving, the quality is monitored and that clients receive excellent customer service.
