Vacancy - Advice and Information Worker – Immediate Start Preferred

About Us

Irish Community Care was set up in 1985 by Irish people in Manchester who realised that members of their community weren’t getting the assistance they needed. We provide a wide range of services to meet our charitable aims:

  • To relieve the effects of poverty, sickness, distress and old age;
  • To improve quality of life through leisure and recreation; and
  • To provide for the burial of people with no next of kin.

Our current Advice and Information Worker will be leaving us at the end of June and we are seeking a new member of staff to join the team to provide culturally sensitive information, advice and support to members of the Irish community in Manchester on a wide range of issues to improve their financial, health and material wellbeing.
