Bolton CVS is an independent local charity offering information, training and small grants to over 1000 groups in a diverse community, as well as managing projects to meet the needs of volunteers, health and care related groups and community groups. Bolton CVS owns the Bolton Hub which is home to a wide variety of local charities and also provides meeting and training space in the heart of Bolton town centre.
We are looking to recruit a:
35 hours per week
NJC Scale 45-47: (£39,267 – £41,140)
Permanent contract (subject to funding)
We are seeking to appoint a Chief Officer who is a highly committed and experienced leader and who is passionate about the voluntary and community sector. We are looking for a proven track record of working with a Board of Trustees and of driving organisational change.
Critical to success in this role will be experience of developing positive collaborative relationships with voluntary, community and statutory sector partners and experience of generating and managing a large income from a wide range of sources.
