Henshaws Society for Blind People is a dynamic, vibrant and energetic provider of care and support for blind and visually impaired people of all ages across the North of England.
We are looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Officer to deliver marketing support for our Community Services, based in Manchester, Liverpool and Newcastle. The role will be based in Manchester but will include travel to Liverpool on a monthly basis and Newcastle on a quarterly basis. The role will be managed by the Head of Marketing and work closely with the North West/ North East Regional Director and Community Services Team to ensure the Pathway to Independence delivery model is communicated effectively to our audiences.
The primary responsibility of the post is to produce, deliver and monitor a marketing plan for Henshaws Community Services raising awareness of Henshaws and ensuring consistent delivery of the Henshaws brand across all marketing platforms
The successful candidate will possess;
- Excellent communication skills and experience of developing and delivering marketing strategies
- Experience of work with all marketing channels and confidence with digital marketing.
- A qualification to degree level or equivalent
It would also be advantageous to possess experience of using a CMS, preferably WordPress.
