African Caribbean Care Group is an established registered charity providing quality care to vulnerable people.
They are seeking dedicated, reliable and trustworthy Home Care Support Workers to join the team.
Home Care Support Workers are required to work as part of the Care Support Team giving support to individuals in their own homes within Greater Manchester.
Hourly Rate of Pay from £6.50 to £8.33 depending on qualification and experience
They offer flexible hours to suit including evening and week-ends.
The role of the Home Care Support Worker is to perform duties and tasks to support Clients to live at home independently with support.
Duties will be to assist our Clients with daily living within their own homes including personal care, meal preparation and other daily needs in accordance with their care plan.
Home Care Support Workers must have an understanding of the needs and requirements of the Client and must communicate successfully with the service user, their family, friends and other Healthcare professionals.
Experience is desirable but not essential as we provide on the job training.
Ideally must hold a minimum of QCF level 2 or a willingness to achieve this. Full training will be given to successful candidates.
