GDPR is the most significant change in data protection law in the last 20 years, and it is now less than eight months away. This webinar will help you to prepare for the change.

- understand the key terms of GDPR – particularly personal data, processing and consent, transparency and accountability, purpose and lawful basis
- improve your knowledge of the key roles and responsibilities required to manage data protection risk
- understand the key individual rights, and what they mean in practice – including compensation, breach notification, subject access and the right to be forgotten
- have a basic knowledge of the key steps to take now – in order to draft an action plan.
