Receptionist / Administrative Worker - 42nd Street

42nd Street is an award winning Greater Manchester young people’s mental health charity. We are seeking an experienced, skilled and enthusiastic person to provide receptionist and administrative duties at our busy Manchester headquarters. You will be the first point of contact for young people, professionals and parents or carers to our organisation so you should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and excellent team working abilities. You are an effective administrator; will be proficient in the use of ICT systems, ensure a high level of accuracy in your work, and possess strong organisational skills.

You will be joining at an exciting time for 42nd Street as we extend our reach to vulnerable young people across Greater Manchester to make it easier for children and young people to access high quality mental health services when they need it.

  • NJC Pt. 14 (£16,781) pro rata.

  • 37.5 hrs per week

  • Fixed term until 31st May 2018, with the possibility of extension subject to funding.

  • Annual Leave 27 days per annum (pro rata)

  • Contributory pension scheme available.
