The TDAN Coordinator will coordinate our Trafford Disability Activity Network building upon the strong foundations of the first 12 months.
This includes coordinating our membership scheme for disabled residents, parents, carers and family members, networking with local organisations, leisure centres and individuals to locate suitable venues and conducting risk assessments/access audits, as well as coordinating a range of wellbeing activities and supporting volunteer ‘champions’ to run specific activity sessions.
