Salary: £28 000 per annum
Holiday entitlement: 25 days plus 10 statutory Holidays

We have recently undertaken an extensive review of our fundraising strategy and are now looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced fundraiser to shape and drive forward our ambitions for individual giving at this exciting juncture.
To that end, we are advertising the new position of Fundraising Manager: Individual Giving and Legacies. The successful candidate will lead a team of three fundraisers and one legacy administrator and will be responsible for ensuring the Fundraising Department’s achievement of the annual fundraising target from individual giving and legacy income. You will develop and deliver the individual giving and legacies strategy and manage targeted, data-driven fundraising campaigns.
As a member of the fundraising management team you will have a fantastic opportunity to share in the success and contribute to the leadership, planning and policy formulation of one of the UK’s preeminent disability charities.
We are looking for someone who has:
- A successful track record of securing philanthropic support from individuals
- Experience of managing large scale fundraising campaigns using direct mail, telephone, digital communication, and other methods
- Line-management experience
It would be beneficial to have an understanding of the needs of service users with visual impairments and/or other disabilities.
